Serafina (1824)

Voyage Overview

The Spanish Schooner, Serafina, left Havana in April 1824 and purchased 183 enslaved people at Ouidah (no date recorded). The captain, José Artoche, sailed the vessel back toward Cuba as intended, when it likely landed at Havana in September 1824. Only 160 people survived the Middle Passage.
