Desengano Feliz (1822)
The Brazilian Brig, Desengano Feliz, left from the southeast of Brazil and purchased 408 enslaved people at Lagos (no date recorded). The undocumented captain sailed the vessel, owned by Domingos José de Almeida, back toward Brazil as intended on 8 February 1822. Only 390 people survived the Middle Passage.
